    • Covid-19 Operational Procedures and Guidelines

    • The following are the guidelines and procedures OBGCC will be following to be compliant and to ensure the safety of you, our members and our staff.

      • Tee times can be booked online at tee-on.com or by calling the Pro Shop at 705- 357-3112. Please do not leave messages for tee times, nor email a request.
      • Walk on’s will not be permitted. Bookings must be pre-booked and paid online.
      • Tee times will be set every 12 minutes. For golfers playing 18 holes, before proceeding to the tee for your back 9, you will be required to check in with the greeter. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE TEE.
      • Foursomes are permitted.
      • Please plan to arrive at the golf course only 15 minutes prior to your tee time. Upon your arrival at the golf course, you will be greeted by one of our staff who will confirm your tee time and review play procedures.
      • Reservations for carts will not be available on on-line booking. Carts can be booked on arrival at the golf course based on availability. Golf carts will have one rider per cart unless riders live in the same residence. Proof of residency may be required. Limited number of carts with dividers are available. Pull carts are available at no charge.
      • Flag poles will remain in the cup and are not to be removed or touched.
      • Ball washers, rakes, and benches have been removed from the golf course. Score cards will be given to players by the greeter or at the Pro Shop window.
      • On completion of your round, please return your golf cart to the designated area, remove your garbage and personal belongings, return to your car and travel safely home.
      • Social distancing practices must be adhered to at all times. Please remember…these are Provincial regulations, not Club regulations. We are following the compliance guidelines as set out by the Province of Ontario and Health Department. Most importantly, we are excited to be able to get you out and playing. It is most important that we protect the health and safety of our staff and YOU!

      The Clubhouse (pro shop, kitchen and dining areas – inside and outside) is closed with the exception of the washrooms on the lower level. Access to the washrooms will be via the lower door on the parking lot side of the building. Washrooms on the golf course and the halfway are available. Wearing of a face covering is mandatory when using washroom facilities on the property or if entry to the Clubhouse is necessary. “A face covering” means a non-medical mask or face covering such as a bandana, scarf or cloth (including a hijab and niqab) that covers the mouth and nose.

      The kitchen will not open at this time. Sundry items will be available and canned beer and coolers only will be available for purchase at the Pro Shop window. Any transactions required, ie: purchase of golf balls, tees, etc. beverages or payment of power carts will be done via the window adjacent to the pro shop door. Payment accepted will be debit or credit only. Please restrict your access to the washroom facilities only. We will disinfect washrooms frequently.
